If you've been around the furry community for long enough or know a lot about Markiplier's biography, you've likley heard about a webcomic called Twokinds.

Twokinds is a long running webcomic that first debuted in 2003 and is written illistrated by Tom Fishbach, who was inspired to write it after having experienced racism from kids at his school for being Korean. Twokinds follows a human named Trace Legacy, who, after waking up in a forest with no memory on how he got here, encounters a tiger keidran girl named Flora, a Basitin ambassador named Keith, and a gender confused wolf keidran named Natani.
